The sixth most wanted man in the Denver, Colorado area was arrested July 21, 2010 and currently is in custody in a Texas jail.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in El Paso took custody of a man wanted on an outstanding murder warrant in Denver.

During inspections at the Paso Del Norte pedestrian crossing in downtown El Paso, CBP officers scanned and entry document a man presented and received notification that the person had an active warrant.

The CBP officers took custody of the man and continued their exam.

The inspection "revealed that the person was being sought by Denver police on a 2009 homicide warrant and an unlawful flight to avoid prosecution warrant," indicates a release by the CBP.

"CBP officers arrested 63-year-old Arturo Talamantes Chavira, a Mexican citizen with a Denver residence."

"Chavira is listed on the Denver Crimestoppers webpage as the sixth most wanted person in the Denver area. He was turned over to the El Paso police department and booked into the El Paso County Jail where he is currently detained and awaiting ...


If he would have been pulled over In Arizona he would have had to have been arrested to find out he was a murderer according to JUDGE BOLTEN'S Injunction...

Bolton was either offered a sh*tload of money to do this or was threatened by the Obama Thugministration! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!! It's time to start filing lawsuits against these kinds of judges and against a president who sides with illegal aliens and a foreign country against the American People!!!

I agree with the previous posting. What can we do to start filing lawsuits against the representatives of our government? When a federal judge sides with the criminals and not the American people it is time to serioisly make a change.

How do you start the impeachment process? I'm all for it. Do we start a petition? How many signatures does it take to draw some serious attention?

In the USA, an impeachment is a formal accusation of a crime and/or improper conduct against a US official. The Constitution says a President can be impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors" but gives no definition of the term. Lying to Congress is one example of "high crimes and misdemeanors".

If House of Representatives considers the President to have committed a "high crime or misdemeanor" they will hold a majority vote on whether to impeach and then the trial will take place in the US Senate.

All I found for impeaching a federal judge is the House impeaches and the Senate decides whether to convict. A conviction means he loses his seat on the federal bench and his pension.

With Clinton, didn't the House vote to impeach, but the Senate failed to convict and that's how he stayed in office? I don't remember all the specifics.

I will be seriously looking Into not only a possible Impeachment of this judge,but to also find out If there was tampering by the Obama administration. In one of her statements she said that "legal hispanics might be arrested (racial profiling) which WAS NOT a part of the suit brought by the justice department. They brought the suit forward on PREEMPTION,NOT ON RACIAL PROFILING,which makes this statement very troubling...... According to Judge Susan Bolton: "There is a substantial likelihood that officers will wrongfully arrest legal resident aliens under the new (law)." This is in spite of many safeguards to protect legal residents and against racial profiling in the law.

Obama and his cronies know that if the law were enacted, none of these "potential" violations will occur, so they decided to block the democratic will of the people of Arizona before the public sees that the law will work TS

Also - think about this - The possibility of IMPEACHMENT is VERY SLIM right now with a DEMOCRATIC Congress since it starts in the House then goes to trial in the Senate. That may become a reality come the November elections and the DEMS lose their control!!!!
