    A teenage hit man who killed at the behest of leaders of the Gulf Cartel pleaded guilty on Tuesday to a December 2005 murder and was sentenced to 30 years in state prison.

    Imagine that? He admits to killing over 30 people and gets about 1 year for each one killed. Howz that for justice?
