You think they did not go through all these procedures to date. And what make you think they cannot CONTINUE to send in teams of negotiators to assist them in deportations.

I'm only pointing out that TRUMP doesn't have the authority to just send people into foreign countries.

They must get a visa (PERMISSION to enter) from the country they intent to visit.

But at this point you just want to argue about anything.
