In order for Mexican citizens to bring a U.S.-bought car into Mexico for use there, the owner must provide Mexican Customs with documentation from a legalization business showing that the car is not stolen and has either not been salvaged, or is up to Mexican road safety standards.
I notice that they don't have to prove that the car or truck is completely paid for.
If they owe on the vehicle and return to Mexico you know they aren't going to finish making the payments.

You're right. Yet another thing they have gotten for free or very low cost.

If they are here illegally...stop them at the border , confiscate the car and sell it and funds go to the prosecution and deportation of illegals.

Let me see if I understand this. According to the government of Mexico, it's okay for their people to sneak across the border, steal jobs, collect welfare and drop jackpot babies, but it's not okay for them to come home with a car.
