HUMAN EVENTS Editor Terry Jeffrey’s Statement Before House Judiciary Committee

Human Events Editor Terence Jeffrey was invited to testify June 21 before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security and Claims, chaired by Rep. John Hostettler (R.-Ind.). Here is the opening statement Jeffrey made to the committee:

I will briefly outline a problem I believe is happening where national security, Social Security and corporate accountability intersect.

In February, Adm. James Loy, Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security, told the Senate Intelligence Committee: “Recent information from ongoing investigations, detentions, and emerging threat streams strongly suggest that al-Qaeda has considered using the Southwest border to infiltrate the United States. Several al-Qaeda leaders believe operatives can pay their way into the country through Mexico and also believe illegal entry is more advantageous than legal entry for operational security reasons.�

If for no other reason than national security, the federal government needs to take the most effective steps possible to secure our border and enforce the immigration laws.

Yet, today, almost four years after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, unidentified persons continue to pour across our border. And many millions live here in violation of our immigration laws, seemingly with impunity.

Certainly, the opportunity to find work in the U.S. is a powerful magnet for illegal immigrants. The sheer numbers of these jobseekers make it more difficult for a limited number of immigration law-enforcement officers to secure the border and enforce the immigration law.

A focused effort to shut down the job magnetsâ€â€

The No. 1 violator is a company in Illinois. Well.....what is its NAME??

Was their any part of the man's testimony that we did not already know?

So, lets summarize:

1) American People Know the threat of the southern border

2) Admiral James Loy knows the threat of the southern border

3) Terrence Jeffrey of Human Events knows the threat of the southern border

4) 1), 2) and 3) have now confirmed that they have told the US Congress about the threat of the southern border

5) Now Congress knows the threat of the southern border

6) I would suspect that Admiral Loy told someone who told Bush before he testified before Congress...that would be "protocol".

7) So: lets wrap this up for today:

EVERYBODY that matters knows the threat on the southern border since 2001.

11) Apparently not before item 1) does it!!

12) This is an odd and unusual if not rare phenomena, one of those inexplicable "state of affairs" that is "perplexing" the GOP, dumb-founding the Congress, and enraging the hell out of the American People!!

SSA believes current law prevents it, with certain exceptions, from naming such companies to DHS.

But the SSA can send out their "no match letters" and investigate.
Why aren't they??????????

Current Law does not prevent SSA from turning over criminal illegal employers destroying our economy in violation of US Immigration Law to DHS!! Who are these people??

Well.....lets do it the other way, okay?

Why doesn't DHS call the SSA and ask for all their "non-matches"?

Problem Solved.

Oh, ACLU will make a big "stink" about "privacy"?

Oh....okay. Then wake a Judge up somewhere in DC and request a WARRANT to investigate all SSA files for violators of US Immigration Law posing threats to our economic and national security.

Problem Solved.

Oh....but Bushey said NOT TO?

Oh....okay. Then wake a Judge up somewhere in DC and request a WARRANT to search the White House for a Traitor who is aiding and abetting about 50,000,000 foreign "agents" occupying the United States in violation of US Immigration Law, US Homeland Security Law, US Labor Law and US Civil Rights Law?

Tell the other Judge, his pal Bushey is in Jail awaiting a Trial for Treason, would he like to join him or sign the warrant?

My bet is he'll sign the warrant and let DHS investigate ALL SSA files for the purpose stated on the Warrant.

Oh....but the ACLU will file another suit to STOP THE INVESTIGATION pending a ruling by the Supreme Court concerning human rights?

Oh....okay. Then walk over to Congress and tell them you need an immediate repeal of the 501 C 3 Status on all civil rights and advocacies groups that have made any noise or been in the press or at a MMP border guard.....Until Further Notice.
