When they get caught by law enforcement they have no problems moving to another county or state and not showing up for a court date or paying a fine. They get caught all the time as fugatives from somewhere else.

Also when they want to go back home as there are few jobs for some of them they would deliberately commit a misdemeanor and volunteer the fact that they are here illegally. The reason they did is to have our government pay their way back home.

This is exactly what we should do with illegals in the US
And check their homes and hiding spots for money. They have it stuffed everywhere.

They used to carry around $2,000 on them for bond incase immigration caught them on construction jobsites. I know they also get bonded out of jail when arrested. It costs them more to be bonded out of jail than a oneway plane ticket back home.

Exactly! I never thought about that before. Of course they would have money to fly themselves home. Remember that Guatemalan dishwasher caught at an airport in Florida trying to take $57,000 or something like that out of the country in a duffel bag? ICE kept the money last I heard.

ICE did win the lawsuit and kept the money. That guy was in the minority as most only what they need for bond and send the rest home. I noticed when I went shopping the Western Union section by customer service at the grocery store is always busy on pay days. Those days are also the ones when the check cashing store gets robbed as the illegals come with large amonts of cash to send back home via Wetsern Union.
Now they ICE needs to look for bank accounts as Bank of Amigoes (America) allowed then to open accounts and others jumped on the band wagon.

Thanks for the update on the lawsuit, swatchick. I'm glad ICE was allowed to keep the money in our country since it was illegally earned.
