    I agree with the above poster. If a citizen or legal immigrat gets picked up for a minor infraction, he or she gets booked. This is not a fishing expedition where we throw back the little fishes. Nope, out with all of 'em if they are here illegally! You already have them in custody, head 'em up, move 'em out!
