Is ICE planning to destroy sanctuary city?

Is ICE planning to destroy sanctuary city?

Virginia Kice, spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), sounded hopping mad at the way that ICE’s Secure Communities initiative is being represented as undermining San Francisco's sanctuary policy and possibly creating an even worse federal immigration system.

“It’s just an information sharing system,â€

Well that was sure a big waste of money since ICE doesn't intend on deporting anyone.

That sentence should read ICE does not intend on deporting everyone. They are still picking people up to be deported from Arizona but they have limited logistical and so do not put a lot of the illegal alien arrestees on detainer or pick them up. Having more people referred to them does not solve the problem. Arizona needs to create a state service which picks up the arrestees from around the state and expand state detention prior to delivery to ICE.
I support enforcement and see its lack as bad for the 3rd World as well. Remittances are now mostly spent on consumption not production assets. Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

We don't want them delivered to ICE because ICE will let them go. Arizona needs to keep them in detainment until their deportation hearing is scheduled and if they secure a Deportation Order, then call ICE and say we've got 100,000 Deportation Orders, here's the list, if there's any terrorists on the list, let us know, otherwise, we're shipping them home.

Another idea is if the illegal alien has an immigration lawyer and a Deportation Order is issued, then the immigration lawyer should accompany their clients on their trip home to take pictures, record the experience, and then be able to report and handle any grievances. This would assure that the civil rights of their clients aren't violated during the Deportation and the immigration lawyer can hold their hand and get them some water during the ride instead of taxpayers wasting money on law enforcement officials doing that.

...it will also sweep up folks charged with minor infractions, such as being drunk in public, who could now fall into ICE’s hands for deportation, especially if they resist arrest at the time, which happens to be defined as a serious crime.
Being drunk is not an excuse. I find that people who are combative with police, are also combative with people in their personal lives.

I saw that. I wasn't sure what they were saying. Why wouldn't they want to sweep them all up and get them all out of here? I just don't get ICE. They wear shirts and ties on their escort trips and use some kind of silly paper or plastic handcuff the illegal alien can take off anytime they want. They claim they're only deporting criminal aliens who have committed "serious crimes", yet they put them in phony handcuffs and wear dress shirts on their journey like they're some kind of business man instead of armed guards? What is wrong with these people? Did you see that video where they're talking to that criminal illegal alien like he's 5 years old? No wonder they keep coming back. They fell in love with their ICE escorts.

I completely agree. Why do states have to wait for the feds to deport someone. They should just send them DIRECTLY back to their countries. No more wishy-washy bs. SEND THEM HOME.
