    Perhaps the 50 Mexican Counsulates should be working on helping their citizens regain custody of their children and pay to transport those children to the home of their parents instead of running around passing out worthless matricular cards and making sure "their" citizens get all of the freebies they can get so that they can send more $$ home to Mother Mexico.
