It's appaling how our Federal Government keeps on growing all around us, only to do a poorer job, or simply refuse to do their job, or even do a counter-productive job. Patriots like President Reagan envisioned a small Government, with lots of liberty, freedom, and prosperity for everyone. Reagan also created 21 million jobs during his 2 terms.

Just a reminder that Pres Reagan agreed with and signed the 1986 amnesty bill. Reagan is sometimes held up as a conservative/republican hero, but not by me, not since that fiasco. I've heard Reagan later regretted that amnesty, as apparently does former Sen Simpson of Wyoming, who co-sponsored it. But they should have ensured enforcement happened first. At least we can learn from their terrible mistakes. (I should clarify, I don't think former Sen Simpson has explicitly said he regrets cosponsoring the 1986 amnesty bill, but that he has been upset that the enforcement they included in the bill never happened.)

So ICE is even slower than before!
A group of us sent details of a restraunt in Little Rock where buses would drop off illegal aliens. We got license plates, addresses, video footage, photos and names. Several of us called and emailed ICE for months. All we got that a case was being worked on. This was when Bush was in charge.
