Dec. 17, 2013 – 'John Doe' captured after ICE receives multiple tips from public
The manhunt for a "John Doe," a suspected child predator in northern Louisiana, ended late Dec. 17, less than four hours after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) issued a public appeal for information about his identity and whereabouts. Dec. 17, 2013 – ICE transfers lost Nazi diary to US Holocaust Memorial Museum
ICE transferred the lost diary kept by Alfred Rosenberg, a close confidant of Adolf Hitler, to the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington Dec. 17. This historical document was seized by HSI special agents in Wilmington, Del., following an extensive investigation. Full Story
Dec. 20, 2013 – Former ICE most wanted fugitive captured, deported
ICE officers and special agents tracked down a Jamaican national this fall who was illegally residing in Brooklyn. ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officers removed him late Dec. 19 to his native country. Full Story

A man from the Republic of Singapore, who was convicted in 2010 of supporting terrorists in Sri Lanka with weapons, was deported Wednesday by ERO officers from after serving a nearly four years in federal prison for his crimes. Full Story
