    Man Arrested in Clark County for Lewd Conduct

    The Clark County Sheriff's Office has arrested a 21-year-old Oscar Melchor, formally of Dubois.

    Melchor is being charged with the crime of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen years of age , which is a Felony.

    Mr. Melchor is currently being held at the Clark County Jail on a $50,000.00 bond, he also has an immigration detainer against him.

    I thought it was here in Clark co Nevada (Vegas) Until I looked
    but they would never report it here

    Vegas has a blackout on reporting any ethnic or illegal alien
    crime here in the valley
