    Suspects in Lexington County slaying returned to S.C.

    Two men suspected in the fatal shooting of a 51-year-old man on Nov. 2 outside of his home near West Columbia are now in custody in Lexington County.

    Lexington County Sheriff’s Department fugitive investigators on Monday brought the suspects from Houston to face murder charges in the Nov. 2 killing on Dubbs Drive, Sheriff James Metts said.

    Because Houston gave up the sanctuary city policy, those two guys didn't walk out of jail and never face murder charges.
