    Identity theft victims sued

    Not an illegal, but it could easily involve one.

    ID Theft victims, victimized again.
    Check your credit report regularly, an illegal may be using your Social Security number.

    Where do we get these crazy lawyers from? Victims of a crime being sued. What a waste of taxpayers money!
