A couple Duluth city councilors have taken aim at a House bill they fear could overburden local police and hinder law enforcement efforts.

A couple Duluth city councilors have taken aim at a House bill they fear could overburden local police and hinder law enforcement efforts.

Councilors Patrick Boyle and Sharla Gardner tonight will bring forward a resolution against House File 3830, a bill that would call on local police officers to play a more active role in the enforcement of federal immigration laws.
