IL-Felon sentenced for illegally returning to the U.S.

Felon sentenced for illegally returning to the U.S.

A resident of Mexico was sentenced last week in the Southern District of Illinois Court in East St. Louis for illegally returning to the U.S.

Victor Flores-Gonzalez, 31, was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison on a charge of illegal re-entry into the U.S. by an aggravated felon.

Flores-Gonzalez pleaded guilty to the charge in April after Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert Garrison presented evidence that Flores-Gonzalez was deported to Mexico after he was released from a Colorado state prison after serving a sentence for a cocaine possession conviction in 2005.

He was arrested in June near Belleville by the Illinois State Police after a traffic stop.

    not enough

They need to seize any assets and prosecute anyone whom help or employed him and make it public to discourage these people from returning. And just maybe using a giant sling shot to return him to his origin.

Many thanks to the young that have served our country, and to those of you that have lost, we all owe you, thank you</div>
