Search on for suspect in fatal shooting

PROVIDENCE β€” The police are on the lookout for a convicted drug dealer and illegal immigrant from the Dominican Republic, who they allege shot to death another man behind a tenement in South Providence.

They obtained an arrest warrant for Kelbyn Ramirez, also known as Kelvyn Ramirez, 26, who is thought to be a city resident, charging him with murder in the killing of Aneuris Caceres, 21, of 135 Colfax St., South Providence, after an argument Monday evening.
