Illegal alien arrested for abduction, rape of 7-year-old girl

On Monday night, police in San Antonio, Texas, arrested Fernando Flores-Miranda, 23, who allegedly kidnapped a 7-year-old girl and sexually assaulted her in a vacant unit at the Hacienda Apartments.
According to court documents, the girl was playing in front of her apartment building when Flores-Miranda grabbed her. Police found her with the illegal alien, less than two hours after her mother reported her missing.

Flores-Miranda had apparently been living in the abandoned apartment.

The little girl was found so quickly thanks to the actions of concerned neighbors who formed a search party when they heard she was missing.

One resident who wished to remain anonymous, told WOAI News: “We had just been upstairs knocking from door to door, and it never occurred to us that one apartment was vacant or that they could be in there.â€
