Illegal Alien Arrested on Local School Campus

Wednesday morning a construction worker attempted to enter the campus of Bay Haven Charter Academy in Lynn Haven to work.

Office personnel insisted on picture identification and he showed them a resident alien card. Information on the card, however, did not match the characteristics of an authentic resident alien card.

School administration contacted the Bay County Sheriff’s Office and investigators went to the campus. Federal authorities told investigators the card was false. The suspect, Delmis Ramires, then admitted the card was false and he had purchased it two years ago in Birmingham, Alabama for $200.00.

Further investigation revealed the company employing Ramires had asked him for the appropriate documentation and did not realize it had been presented with false documents. They were not cited.

Delmis David Ramires, a Honduran, DOB 9/23/83, of Birmingham, Alabama, was arrested and charged with Uttering a Forged Instrument. Ramierez was taken to the Bay County Jail and booked.

Just goes to show that a little common sense goes a long way.

Imagine what the IRS could do to remedy our country's situation!

The question is will he be deported post haste?
