Illegal alien arrested (and stabbed) for allegedly raping 13-year-old girl

On Monday, police in Novato, CA arrested Luis Alberto Rodriguez-Gines, 29, after he allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl who police say stabbed her attacker in self defense. When police arrived, they found the girl’s family members restraining the accused.

Rodriguez-Gines lives in the home with the victim’s family.

According to Novato police Sgt. Jennifer Dunlap, the girl stabbed the assailant in the chest to simply fend him off. Rodriguez-Gines’ wounds were minor and did not require medical treatment.

The girl was taken to a local hospital for an examination.

Luis Alberto Rodriguez-Gines was charged with rape by force, unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, oral copulation with a person under 16 and lewd and lascivious acts with a child.

Rodriguez-Gines is currently being held in the Marin County Jail on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer

Rodriguez-Gines lives in the home with the victim’s family.

It seems that this happens a lot. I don't understand parents that allow people that they don't know very well to live in their homes. Must be for the money.
