Illegal Alien Charged with Florida Rape, Admits to Double-Murder
Illegal Alien Charged With Florida Rape, Admits To Double-Murder
November 5, 2019 by Dave Gibson
MANATEE COUNTY, FL (Fox News) – A Florida man was charged with raping a woman and later admitted to killing a man and woman in Mexico, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
Omar Navis Torres, 39, who the victim says has a “crack and alcohol addiction,” allegedly beat the unnamed woman before sexually assaulting her.
He later admitted to killing a man and woman in Mexico, according to the arrest report.
Officers responded to a location in Manatee County on Oct. 30, in reference to a past physical dispute, when they made contact with Torres and the victim.
Torres allegedly threw the woman onto the bed, hitting her in the face multiple times after he told her she wasn’t good for anything but sex.
The victim told police he forced himself on her and that she only stopped resisting after realizing he wouldn’t stop hitting her until she complied, according to the report.
Police say Torres allegedly controlled the victim with fear, saying multiple times that if she sought help from law enforcement he would kill her and if Torres was unable to find her — he would come after her family, kill them and then take his own life.
Those reasons kept the woman from reaching out to the police, but after another aggressive encounter, the victim called 911 due to fears for her own safety, according to the arrest report.
The victim told police that Torres was “very aggressive” and that he punched her in the nose — causing it to bleed — following a verbal argument a couple of days ago.
Police arranged for a rape kit to be administered on the victim, while Torres was booked into the Manatee County jail on Oct. 31 and remains in custody on a $35,000 bond, according to the Bradenton Herald.

November 3, 2019 by Dave Gibson
NASHVILLE, TN (Fox News 17) – An undocumented immigrant in Nashville is being held on an ICE detainer after he allegedly sexually assaulted his girlfriend’s 11-year-old daughter.
According to court documents, Samuel Xala Polito, 29, admitted to police after being read his Miranda Rights that he’d entered the young girl’s room at his girlfriend’s home and inappropriately touched her on two separate occasions in September.
Metro police say Polito had been dating the girl’s mother for the last two years.
Polito was charged with two counts of sexual battery of a child younger than 13 years old. He’s being held on an ICE detainer and has a bond of $80,000.
Polito was previously arrested in 2013 for aggravated burglary, but the charges were dismissed.
He was also arrested in 2015 for driving without a license and leaving the scene of a crash.
Those charges were also dismissed.

Illegal Alien Raped 17-Year-Old Girl At Knifepoint In Washington
November 2, 2019 by Dave Gibson
KING COUNTY, WA (The Seattle Times) – King County prosecutors charged a 34-year-old homeless man this week with first-degree rape with a deadly weapon, accusing him of sexually assaulting the 17-year-old daughter of a Federal Way couple who let him move into their apartment so he could get back on his feet.
Rene Maya Estrada was arrested Oct. 16 in the 31000 block of Pacific Highway South in Federal Way and remains jailed at the Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent in lieu of $500,000 bail, court and jail records show. Considered an extreme flight risk, prosecutors say he has been in Washington for eight months, appears to have been subject to immigration-removal proceedings in 2005, and had his Mexican passport with him at the time of his arrest. It also appears a warrant was issued for his arrest in Colorado on drug charges, according to the records.
“The defendant is essentially a stranger to the victim. He was homeless and her parents allowed him to stay in their apartment in order to help him get on his feet,” Senior Deputy Prosecutor Celia Lee wrote in charging papers.
The charges say only that the girl’s parents met Maya Estrada through “a previous employer,” and let him move into their apartment Oct. 10.
Two days later, “the defendant waited for the victim to arrive home from work, grabbed her and forced her into her bedroom at knifepoint, where he removed her clothing and raped her. He told her he would kill her if she did not comply with his demands,” Lee wrote. “When she resisted, he punched her. He then moved her, at knifepoint, to the laundry room, where he raped her again.”
According to the charges:
Just before 8 p.m. Oct. 12, Federal Way police responded to an apartment complex after a man called 911 to report a sexual assault. Officers arrived and met the 17-year-old girl, who one officer noted was wearing only a T-shirt, shorts and socks. She told officers a man, whose name she didn’t know, had moved in with her and her parents two days earlier.
The girl arrived home from work around 7:30 p.m. and was talking on her cellphone as she went into her bedroom. When she ended the call, the man grabbed her, covered her mouth with one hand while pressing a knife into her side with the other, she told police.
The man pinned her to the bed, removed her clothes and raped her, the charges say. When the girl heard noises outside the apartment, she told the man it was her family returning home, and he ordered her to get dressed.
Still armed with the knife, the man pushed the girl out of her apartment and forced her into the building’s shared laundry room on the ground floor, where he raped her again, the charges say.
When a car parked outside the laundry room, the girl told the man the car’s occupants were her cousins. He released her and tried to get her to return upstairs to her apartment, but the girl walked to the car instead and pretended to get into the vehicle until the man was out of sight.
She then ran to a woman in the parking lot for help and the woman brought the girl into her apartment to call 911.
A spokeswoman in the Seattle field office of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was researching Maya Estrada’s background Wednesday but was unable to immediately say whether he has previously been deported.

ICE: North Carolina ‘Sanctuary County’ Released Child Molester With ICE Hold
October 31, 2019 by Dave Gibson
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement press release…
ASHEVILLE, NC – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested unlawfully present Salvadoran national Marvin Ramirez Torres Wednesday afternoon during a targeted enforcement action in downtown Asheville, one day after the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office refused to honor an ICE detainer, and instead released Mr. Ramirez Torres from local criminal custody following his conviction for indecent liberties against a child.
By releasing an illegal alien with a serious sex offense against a child, Buncombe County chose to release a serious public safety threat into the Asheville community where he was free to potentially harm others until his capture by ICE.
“This is yet another example of a clear public safety threat being released into North Carolina communities rather than into ICE custody due to local sheriff policies on ICE non-cooperation,” said Acting ICE Director Matt Albence. “Continued decisions to refuse cooperation with ICE serve as an open invitation to aliens who commit criminal offenses that these counties are a safe haven for persons seeking to evade federal authorities, and residents of Buncombe County are less safe due to these misguided sanctuary policies.”
“It is my sincere desire to work with local partners to whatever extent they are willing to work with this agency in what should be our shared goal to ensure community safety,” said ICE Atlanta Interim Field Office Director John Tsoukaris.
“Elected law enforcement officials who chose to ignore the ICE detainer, and the ICE warrant of arrest that accompanied the detainer, are placing politics above public safety and failing their most basic duty to protect their communities. Uncooperative jurisdictions such as Buncombe County should be on notice that as long as criminal offenders are being released, they should get used to seeing a lot more ICE at-large enforcement activity in their communities.”
Mr. Ramirez Torres was initially arrested in April 2017 in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, on an outstanding warrant for felony indecent liberties with a child.
ICE lodged an immigration detainer against him with Buncombe County in May 2017. Along with the detainer form, ICE provided Buncombe County with an administrative arrest warrant.
Under the Immigration and Nationality Act as passed by Congress, ICE detainers, removal orders issued by federal immigration judges, and ICE immigration enforcement in general, is conducted under civil law The “judicial warrant” demanded by the sheriff only applies to criminal cases and does not exist for civil law matters.
However, for every detainer ICE issues the agency also provides an accompanying administrative warrant, or a warrant of removal along with the detainer, which is the warrant that does exist for matters governed under civil law. The Buncombe County sheriff’s claim that ICE did not provide a warrant is false.
Mr. Ramirez Torres was convicted of felony indecent liberties with a child in North Carolina Superior Court for Buncombe County on October 29, 2019, and ordered to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to time served and set for release. The Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office then refused to honor the ICE detainer and instead released him back into the community.
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) deportation officers along with special agents from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) were able to locate and arrest Ramirez Torres outside the Buncombe County Courthouse at approximately 3:30 p.m. October 30 when he arrived to register as a sex offender.
This arrest is simply the latest in a continuing list of unlawfully present foreign nationals released from local custody in North Carolina this year despite serious criminal charges that pose a clear threat to public safety.
Across North Carolina, local authorities refused to honor more than 500 detainers for foreign nationals during Fiscal Year 2019. All of these detainer refusals are of persons criminally arrested by a law enforcement agency for a criminal offense beyond their violation of federal immigration law.
These convictions include offenses for assaults, burglary, sex offenses, DUI, and homicide. All of these unlawfully present foreign nationals were sought by ICE, and yet instead were released onto the streets of North Carolina by local authorities.
