The state of North Carolina is being particularly hard-hit.

Last week, police in Gastonia arrested Mario Castro Ruiz, 39, after he reportedly molested a 10-year-old girl on multiple occasions.

The assaults occurred between Jan. 1, 2011, and Dec. 31, 2012, according to court documents.

The Gaston Gazette reported:

Ruiz confessed to engaging in sex acts with his accuser, according to a warrant affidavit.

Ruiz has been charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child. He is currently being held at the Gaston County Jail on an immigration detainer.

The Obama administration's abandonment of immigration enforcement at both the border and within this country's interior, has had the effect of turning every state into a 'border state.'

Unfortunately, this nation's women and children are paying a heavy price for cheap labor and the political goals of the Democrat Party.
