On Tuesday, police in Westlake, Ohio, arrested Efrain Santos, 22, during a traffic stop at the intersection of Bassett and Detroit Roads at 2:35 a.m.

Santos fought with the officers and attempted to flee the scene before he was subdued, according to police.

At the time of his arrest, Santos reportedly had a blood-alcohol level of .260, more than three times the state's legal limit.

Santos was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, attempting to leave the scene, open container, driving without a license as well as other charges.

The illegal alien was also charged with DUI and several other offenses on June 8.
Santos is being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.
