Illegal alien passengers likely to testify against aircraft’s pilot

A family of illegal aliens taken into custody after their plane was forced to land at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., on May 16 likely is expected to give testimony to prosecute the plane’s pilot, also an illegal alien, according to a spokesman for the Department of Homeland Security.
Carl Rusnok, a spokesman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said he had no information on whether the pilot, as yet unidentified, had a pilot’s license or where he learned to fly.
