    Domingos Jose Oliveira, 49, of Spring Valley is in jail on an ICE immigration hold, charged with 3 felonies including solicitation of murder and criminal threats. Seems Oliveira doesn’t like his 19 year old daughter dating a 33 year old black man who is on parole and a registered sex offender. Oliveira is accused of posting homemade wanted posters on campus offering $3000 for Sean Kirk’s body, “dead or aliveâ€
