    Illegal Alien Sentenced for Reentry of Deported Alien

    A Tuzantla, Michoacan, Mexico, man has pleaded guilty to a charge of reentry of deported alien. Twenty-nine-year-old Rafael Estrada-Santana to one year and six months in federal prison. Estrada-Santana was ordered to pay a $100 special assessment to the Crime Victim`s Fund.

    On Sept. 18, 2011, Estrada-Santana was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation in New Town, N.D. U.S. Border Patrol officials discovered that Estrada-Santana was a citizen of Mexico and in the United States illegally.

    Estrada-Santana had been convicted of possession with intent to distribute cocaine in Utah state court in Dec. 2008, and was deported from the United States on Feb. 5, 2009, after serving a jail sentence on the Utah conviction.

    This is just plain wrong. He does a little over a month and i would have gotten 5 yrs. This is why they keep coming back. When they are busted they know their free ride home will be in no time.
