Illegal alien sexually assaults six year old boy in kiddie porn film

Maynor Quintanilla-Leon, 25, pleaded guilty Friday in Maryland to sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography. Quintanilla is identified as an illegal alien.

According to the plea agreement and report obtained by the National Association of Chiefs of Police, on July 8, 2009, Prince George's County Police officers were informed that an individual had discovered a VCR and videotape in a dumpster that depicted an adult male sexually abusing a male child.

Officers obtained and reviewed the tape, which portrayed sadistic or masochistic conduct, or other depictions of violence. The tape lasts 47 minutes and 37 seconds. During the video, the child refers to his assailant as "Maynor."

On July 11, 2009, an individual spotted the man from the videotape in Hyattsville and contacted police. Police officers arrived and identified the man present at the location and in the videotape as Quintanilla-Leon.

By investigating all prior addresses of Quintanilla-Leon, police identified the child in the video, a six-year-old boy. Quintanilla-Leon had previously rented a room in the home where the child lived. The child was interviewed and told police that Quintanilla-Leon abused him 20 times.

Quintanilla-Leon was arrested in Texas on July 29, 2009, and returned to Maryland. Quintanilla-Leon admitted to sexually abusing the child two times and throwing away the videotape in a dumpster.

Quintanilla-Leon faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, followed by supervised release up to life.

Quintanilla-Leon is detained and U.S. District Judge Roger W. Titus has scheduled sentencing for September 22, 2010. Quintanilla-Leon is an illegal alien, and as part of his plea agreement has consented to deportation after he has completed his sentence.

15 years minimum and 30 years maximum! What happened to executing people who commit crimes such as these? Oh I forgot you are not allowed to execute illegal immigrant murderers or child molesters because we might offend Mexico's government.
