Our Government is dirty.
We all know that our government favors illegals over us.
The Rancher should never have been taken to court. And if anyone should have been rewarded 77,000 dollars for emotional distress it should have been the Rancher, not the illegals. The illegals should have been made to pay the money and served serious jial time and deported.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Barnett should sue the Mexican government for all the damage to his ranch. Actually all the ranchers along the border should file a class action suit.

contact judicialwatch.org and see if they can put a lawsuit together to sue MALDEF and the Mexican government and, of course, each and every illegal involved that was involved in the initial lawsuit

Sued for defending his ranch
Here is what life is like for Roger Barnett, whose family has a large ranch in Arizona on the U.S. border with Mexico:
* Illegal aliens have flooded into the United States through his property.
* They have left trash nearly a foot deep, including plastic bottles that have killed some of his cattle when they ingested the bottles.
* They have broken into his home.
* They have destroyed his water pumps, fences and gates.
* They have stolen his trucks.
In response to this costly destruction, Mr. Barnett has had to install $30,000 worth of electronic sensors to protect his land.
He patrols his property regularly and detains illegal alien trespassers until border agents can arrive to take them into federal custody. Mr. Barnett estimates that he has reported 12,000 illegal aliens to the Border Patrol over the past decade.
And now, he has been sued by 16 Mexicans whom he caught sneaking into the United States across his ranch. Their attorneys allege that Mr. Barnett violated their “rightsâ€Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
