    Illegal Alien Truck Driver Fails to Stop

    A Wood County sergeant pulled over a semi truck this afternoon for failing to stop at a weigh station and found a suspected illegal immigrant inside.

    Sergeant Dave Westfall says a North Carolina man was driving the semi without registration tags north on I-77 near Mineral Wells.

    When Sgt. Westfall pulled the truck over, he said the driver tried to get away.

    They detained him and found he was carrying marijuana.

    He was arraigned this evening.

    Westfall says the passenger in the truck was a Chinese man who didn't speak English and didn't have any ID on him.

    The Sheriff's Department called state officials in Charleston who detained the man.

    They suspect he is an illegal immigrant.

    As I understand it China will not except any of their illegals back so I wonder what they do with folks like this.
