Call For Action uncovers adults inside high school posing as students
The deceit was only uncovered accidentally

It was the Collier County Sheriff's Office, not the school district, which discovered the 23-year old and 30-year old men were going to high school. These discoveries thanks to unrelated events.



Back in October 2005, an Immokalee teen files a report saying a high school student is harrassing him. Charges were never brought in the case. But it was discovered that the high school student was in fact 23 years old, and that it was reported to school administration. Joyce Gonzales, a parent of an Immokalee High students says, "they shouldn't even be in school if they're that age.



Earlier this month a traffic stop led to another discovery. A 30-year old was also enrolled. Their ages concerned many students we talked to, but not all. Jose Martinez didn’t have a problem, "they're trying to get education like we are." Kesha Williams questions the old student’s motivation, "He might be trying to go with the girls."



The deputy was concerned about that age difference, in a report he writes: "I notified the school administration of this incident and the dangers associated in reference to this incident… adult males are coming to school by using false identifications."



Immokalee High School student Amber Fralinx is concerned about the false i.d.’s, "them lying and using a fake identification to get into school. It's not right"

We're not able to tell you the names of these students because the Collier County Sheriff's Office can't confirm these investigations are closed. Once they are closed, their names will be released.

What we do know about them: The 23-year old is Haitian and in the United States on a Green Card. The 30-year old is also Haitian, but is in the United States illegally.

Don't they have adult education classes at local colleges for these cases? Wake up Jose and smell the carnage.....

Do I smell a lawsuit?

Another irony is that neither the Democrat Party nor the Republican Party bills in Congress is calling for vastly increasing the fines against the people that create the fake identification for the illegals regardless of country the illegals come from. Has any of the bills in Congress vastly increased the fines against USA employers that are hiring the illegals? The single day employers temp agencies? The illegal immigrants that are setting up businesses?
