Illegal arrested for assault on child
Immigration agency takes custody of Gonzales
By Jan Schultz
The Imperial Republican
A man arrested for sexual assault of a child in August was taken into custody last week by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials in North Platte. Nicholas Gonzales, 22, who is in this country illegally, was delivered to ICE officers Dec. 21 by Sgt. Rob Browning and Officer Kyle Hansen of the Imperial Police Department after a plea agreement was reached. Chase County Attorney Arlan Wine said the agreement bans Gonzales from returning to Chase County. If he does, the county has the right to prosecute him for the charge of sexual assault of a child.
After intense conversations with the 12-year-old victim’s mother, Wine said they chose not to proceed with prosecution because they had a “very vulnerable witness–Claiming nobody is listening to your phone calls is irrelevant – computers do and they are not being destroyed afterwards. Why build a storage facility for stuff nobody listens to?.” Martin Armstrong

This monster will be back in weeks and rape another child. The word is out in Messico. Go to the US and rob, rape and steal and when they catch you, you get a free ride home.
You cannot dedicate yourself to America unless you become in every
respect and with every purpose of your will thoroughly Americans. You
cannot become thoroughly Americans if you think of yourselves in groups. President Woodrow Wilson

Evidently, he will be deported, but as far as I know, there is no reciprocity from his country of origin that would incarcerate him for his admitted crimes.
If there are no such treaties, this could be an area we might pursue for child molesters at least, if not others.
Just as the sad-sack stories for DREAM Acts were intended to touch the heart, real stories like this would garner far more support from Americans and could raise awareness on the whole illegal alien issue.
Time for me to write another letter, sigh....“Claiming nobody is listening to your phone calls is irrelevant – computers do and they are not being destroyed afterwards. Why build a storage facility for stuff nobody listens to?.” Martin Armstrong
