They haven't outsmarted anyone. This is being going on for awhile now. Unfortunately the Trump administration can only do what the law allows. It's a huge mistake to assume Jeff Session wants all of these immigrants pouring into our country. He is doing everything he can lawfully do to stop it. Of course I can't say the same for Nielsen.
