BINGHAM TWP — An illegal immigrant was taken into custody and later turned over to the U.S. Border Patrol, following a domestic assault complaint alleged at a local dairy farm Saturday.

According to the police report, a 21-year-old Ubly woman contacted authorities at about 8:30 a.m. to report a domestic assault that occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The victim told police her 21-year-old boyfriend, Octavio, was drinking and started pushing her around at around 3 a.m. Saturday. She stated he was yelling at her, but he only speaks Spanish and she only speaks English, so she did not know what he was saying. When she attempted to walk away from the trailer where she and her boyfriend were living for the past two months at a local dairy farm at 5121 S. Bad Axe Road in Bingham Township, she alleges he followed her and pushed her against a milking station. The victim said she fled back into the trailer and went to sleep, and called the police after she woke up Saturday morning and went to her mother’s apartment in Ubly.

Bad Axe Police Chief David W. Rothe, who was working in the capacity of a sheriff’s deputy Saturday, responded to the complaint. He corroborated information in the report, stating while the victim and her boyfriend did speak different languages, they did indeed have a relationship and were living together.

The police report indicates Rothe asked the victim whether she had any other information about her boyfriend, including whether she knew his date of birth or middle or last names, and she said she only knew his first name was “Octavio.â€

I do not know why citizens become involved with those people, do they see all the crimes committed by undocumented aliens in Mexico and here in the U.S.? My advice is to stay away from those people, they are dangerous human beings.
When you aid and support criminals, you live a criminal life style yourself:
