Illegal immigrant charged in Carlisle

A man police arrested after receiving reports he was staggering along York Road at 12:30 p.m. Sunday was found to be in the U.S. illegally.

Police said Bijro Fernando Lara gave them a false name and several false birth dates before his real name was determined.

Police said Lara admitted he was an undocumented immigrant from Guatemala.
