ALBANY — A Saratoga Springs man was sentenced Tuesday to one year in prison for illegally re-entering the country from his native Guatemala after he was involuntarily removed in 2008.
Carlos Quinteros Orantes, 24, pleaded guilty Aug. 23, 2011, to petit larceny in Saratoga Springs City Court. He was sentenced to time served and released into the custody of Immigrations and Customs Enforcement and it was determined he was in the country illegally.

They put this guy in a border prison for 5 years serving hard labor to build walls and fences to help keep illegals like him out and then send him back home for good with a promise to lock him up for life if he ever comes back.
