What's sad about this whole affair is where are the lawsuits filed by the Border Patrol against Mexico and other South American countries? Every year the agents are shot at, have rocks thrown at them, vehicles damaged and the list goes on. Read an article recently (maybe on here?) about how they have rocket propelled grenades now (RPG's) to use against the Border Patrol officers. When one of these are used, will it be enough to file a lawsuit then?

oh not just that- we should be sending mexico and mr foxy the bill for all the mexican nationals in prison- and the mexican woman who come here to give birth etc etc-
you catch the drift
we should have a giant sign at the border that ticks off the money illegals cost - like times square --- like Macdonalds _ over 20 million served by the american people and we should sue the us government for complete failure to observe immigration laws-

This should fall under the "DIRTY HANDS" rule. Because of the fact that he was breaking the law to begin with, he would be going to court with dirty hands therefore should be thrown out of court. AND, the COUNTRY IMHO!

Boy, I couldn't agree with you more, Bootsie. I think that if illegals were not allowed to even hire a lawyer in this country we'd be better off. Fewer educated thieves in the form of lawyers, less money paid out to illegals for lawsuits, and probably fewer illegals as well.

That would make sense. And, don't you know that it is costing SOMEBODY a TON to pay for court-appointed lawyers for them???

I know. Aren't we such nice people to be paying for lawyers for criminals who snuck across the border then committed worse crimes after they got here? Jeepers Creepers!
