7 arrested on charges ranging from rape to drug trafficking during multi-jurisdictional raid in Foley

Seven men face charges after state, local and federal authorities raided a pair of adjoining homes in Foley this week. Among those arrested was a man wanted in Texas on a murder charge and another accused of kidnapping a woman.

On Wednesday, officers with the Foley Police Department, FBI's Mobile office,Baldwin County Sheriff's Office, Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, DEA and Homeland Security Investigations searched 406 and 406 B East Michigan Avenue in Foley, according to police.

Officers recovered an undisclosed amount of drugs, weapons and cash. They also found a woman who had been held against her will at one of the homes, investigators said.

She had been abused, according to police.

Authorities arrested seven men on charges ranging from rape to drug trafficking.

During the investigation a detective realized one of the suspects was wanted on a murder charge in Harris County, Texas. Police identified the suspect as Giannis Pappadis, 32. Additional details on the charges out of Texas were not immediately available.

Authorities declined to release additional information on the raids in Foley, citing the investigation's ongoing nature.
Investigators released the following list of those arrested:



  • Marcos Bravo-Zamora, 30, charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping and drug trafficking
  • Rafael "Raffa" Martinez, 41, charged with drug trafficking
  • Moises "Moi" Martinez-Campos, 30, charged with two counts of drug trafficking
  • Noe Castillo Noyola, 43, charged with drug trafficking
  • Giannis Pappadis, 32, charged with first-degree rape, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree possession of marijuana and possession of a pistol by a violent felon
  • Feliciano "Felix" Antonio Santos, 33, charged with drug trafficking
  • Francisco "Pancho" Viscarra-Martinez, 35, charged with first-degree rape and drug trafficking
