Well, the way I see it, this is a prime problem if there's still idiots who are pro-amnesty. Legal immigrants would be deported without a thought, the vast majority wouldn't qualify even if they went home and tried to apply legally, so there's obviously a huge numbers of illegals who should never qualify to be here, amnesty or not.
