More undocumented workers are filing returns, advocates say

Paying their fair share: Last year, 2,030,699 tax returns were filed using tax-identification numbers – by both immigrants here legally as well as undocumented workers.

It's just another ploy/lie to try and get them citizenship through the back door!!! I don't want them paying taxes...I WANT THEM TO PAY FINES!!!!

The real reason some illegals are paying taxes is because they can collect thousands of dollars in Earned Income Tax Credits and Making Work Pay credit. It is a money train for them because almost all of their money is returned to them because their income is so low.

How did I figure this out? I'm unemployed and earned only $760 in 2009. I filed for Earned Income Tax Credit and Making Work Pay credit, thinking I was going to get about $60 as a refund. I got a $402 refund -- more than half of what I earned for the whole year! I can only imagine what they are refunded because they have so many anchor babies.

You are absolutely right, SenorKylNoMas. My brother-in-law sells used cars. They have been pouring in with thousands in EITC refunds and buying cars. In GA, you need a driver's license to buy a car, and illegals cannot get a license, so he has been sending them away. However, many other people are assisting them by buying cars for them and then transferring them. No license, no insurance, no problem

So let me get this right......illegal aliens are working and getting a pay check, filing tax returns all the while they are illegal. One BIG problem here, you can get a job, or social security card if you don't have a work permit. You ahve to be here legally to get a work permit. Something about this story stinks.

It's called "aiding and abetting" criminals in a criminal act and the employers and IRS are the culprits and they should all be arrested and brought to justice!!

Pro's Ranch Market fires 300 illegals after ICE audit

The media is totally ignoring the fact that ICE raided Pro's Ranch Market in the Phoenix area. Pro's is a Mexican food market. Last year I was going to apply for a job there when they were opening a new store. Speaking Spanish was a requirement to work there.

Last week ICE arrested 300 employees who were illegals that used false documentation to work there. The CEO of Pro's Market apologized to the illegals that were fired and gave them a packet on immigration resources and each of them received a $250 gift card as a parting gift. The owners claim that they didn't "knowingly" hire illegals because they provided documentation, even though it turned out to be fake. AZ has an employee sanctions law that could close down the business if they "knowingly" hire illegals so apparently they are off the hook and will just be fined.

Well there you go....ICE can round them up and ship them out they can get their address's from the helpful IRS...who plans on going against us ..adresses adresses adresses..no more excuse of not finding them!!!!
