    Minuteman Protest


    (CBS 5 News) --The Minuteman Project targeted day laborers waiting for work Saturday.

    They held this week's protest near a home improvement store at 36th Street and Thomas.

    Much like last week's protest, supporters of the immigrants came out to square off with the Minuteman project members.

    This is the 3rd time that the Minutemen have confronted the day laborers at pickup sites here in the valley. Saturday’s protests were peaceful.

    Again, no mention of the word illegal.
