Driver Crashes Truck Into Wooden Post, Fence

SANTEE, Calif. -- Six suspected undocumented immigrants are recovering from injuries after their truck crashed, 10News reported.

It happened at about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday on Mission Gorge where state Route 125 ends.

Sheriff's deputies said the driver sped through the intersection and crashed into a wooden post and rail fence.

Two people in the truck ran off, but were later found.

All six were injured, two seriously and were taken to local hospitals, according to 10News.
