Most employers will stop hiring illegal aliens the first time you put them in jail.
If that doesn't work try prison next.
With no jobs most illegal aliens will return home on their own.
They found a way to get here, they will find a way to get home too.

"We would hope that the department would carefully review those [complaints] before bringing charges against employers because employers, particularly small ones, are going to have to use a considerable amount of resources to prove their innocence," said Randel Johnson, senior vice president of labor for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

The employers who have used illegals had their workforce subsidized by the taxpayer for far too long. They should have saved some of the "considerable amount of resources" they failed to spend on a legal workforce.

Aiding and abetting is a felony. They need to be doing the perp walk.

Normally I would agree. However, with the continued amnesty talk and free handouts being provided (medical, education, food stamps for anchor babies, WIC, etc.), I think a lot of them will hold on as long as possible. Actually, I believe many families are holding surviving with odd jobs (under the table cash payments) and government handouts.
