NE: ICE agents arrest 25 illegal immigrants in 2-day ops

ICE agents arrest 25 illegal immigrants in 2-day operation
    Associated Press - March 28, 2008 5:55 PM ET

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement official says agents have arrested 25 illegal immigrants in a 2-day operation along the Interstate 80 corridor.

Of those arrested on Wednesday and Thursday, 19 are considered fugitives, meaning they had defied a judge's final order to leave the country and were targeted in the operation.

ICE spokesman Tim Counts says the other six are illegal immigrants who will appear before an immigration judge.

Counts says the arrests were made in homes, at businesses and other places.

Of those arrested, 15 are from Guatemala, eight are from Mexico, one is from El Salvador and one is from Iran.

Five arrestees had criminal convictions other than immigration violations.

Back in 2004, there was an interior illegal alien captiure operation like this in northern San Diego and parts of Riverside and San Bernadino Counties. A squad of just 12 agents apprehended over 400 illegal aliens in less than a few weeks, most of them nabbed in the first THREE DAYS of the operation. So what happened? The La Raza, MALDEF and Mecha a-holes screamed bloody genocide and Bush had the operation immediately terminated.

Then Deputy Sec. of DHS, Asa Hutchinson said the reason for the end of the operation was because the agents did not have prior approval from the higher-ups in D.C. But what was the REAL reason why they ended the sweeps? Because they actually worked, and Bush and his treasonous cronies simply could NOT let it to be known by the public that we CAN round up illegals from the interior and deport them. If word got out that just 12 agents could nab hundreds of illegals off the streets in a matter of days, the public might then demand that this type of operation be carrried out all over the nation, and Bush would simply never allow that to happen.

So all this crap being spewed about how we CANNOT deport illegals from the interior is total B.S.

DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS?? SI SE PUEDE!! SI SE PUEDE!!

June 19th, 2004 North County Times report on the sweep:

    Interesting reptile.

And yet another example of Bush wanting the borders open and our current immigration laws not enforced.
