You don't understand the issue because you're not objective. You're trying to defend Cruz and elevate him above Rubio.
The issue has nothing to do with whether citizenship is a good thing or not. Rubio's point had nothing to do with citizenship. Rubio's point was that Cruz supported legalization of illegal aliens, not citizenship, but the right to remain in the country and to work without fear of deportation. And until Rubio nailed Cruz on that issue on December 15, 2015 during the Debate, it's very clear from Cruz's record that he supported legalization in his own words so the issue is that Cruz lied about that in the debate. All he had to say was yes I support legalization without citizenship but am ready right here to change my position and oppose all legalization of illegal aliens. But Cruz didn't do that, what he did instead was wrongfully accuse Marco of lying when Marco wasn't lying and then Cruz lied to the American People about his position on legalization. It's not only a policy issue it's an issue of integrity.
I don't want a Tricky Ted in the American White House.
We've had quite enough of those already, which is why we're in this mess to begin with.Last edited by Judy; 12-22-2015 at 01:23 AM.

I feel the exact same way in regards to your failure to understand. Except i feel your harsh and consistent attacks on Cruz are coming from a fear that he may be a threat to Trump's campaign. Personally, I don't view Cruz as a threat to Trump. Therefore, I would be tickled pink to have Trump and Cruz as the last two standing candidates going into the primaries. If I can't have Trump, I'll settle for Cruz. There are no other candidates that fit the bill for me. Oh, and there is an extremely long distance between Rubio and Cruz on the issue. IMO, Rubio epitomizes trickery!
