If they decide to have a Czar, Kobach would be great. He would also be great in the Attorney General's Office or Homeland Security Department. I can't say the "Czar" thing has ever really worked out well for US whether it was Drugs or other things, so maybe call it something else. Might work on Immigration but even without such a designation, this administration will get the job done and Kris Kobach would be a tremendous asset to achieving that mission.

Immigration hardliners were happy with the nomination of Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., for attorney general. Sessions advocates both stronger immigration enforcement and admitting a smaller number of immigrants annually. But since then, they have watched Republicans with a more relaxed attitude toward immigration, such as labor secretary nominee Andrew Puzder, get tapped for key jobs.
Puzder is a huge concern for me.
