    During a routine check of La Estrella newspaper racks, a Tucson Newspapers rep discovered a flyer taped to one calling for the public to report anyone who employs illegal immigrants.

    La Estrella is a weekly Spanish-language publication of the Arizona Daily Star.

    The flyer included a telephone number, which is to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement tip line.

    Miguel Cruz, manager of Hispanic Advertising Sales, said he didn’t see other Spanish-languge newspaper racks with the flyer on them near Prince Road and First Avenue.

    Calls to businesses in the area revealed that the flyers showed up “a while agoâ€
