Even this Associated Press article outlines the near instant amnesty before any real enforcement:

"Six months from enactment, people living in the U.S. illegally could apply for a provisional legal status, as long as the Department of Homeland Security has developed new plans for border security." [end quote]

So illegal aliens get legalized (i.e., amnestied) in as little as 6 months after Napolitano draws up a "new plan" for border security?! (The same Napolitano who has been saying the border is already secure.) A mere "plan" to secure the border is all that it would take to trigger amnesty for millions under this scheme. What a joke.

Please help spread the word about what an absolute sham this mass amnesty bill is.
