    If the boom continues we (my wife and I) will never be able to buy a house let a lone keep up with property tax increases if we did buy. I remember when a decent 3/2 in CA went for 130K. Now everything is 400K.

    BTW CountFloyd, I have been admiring your work over at LP! You sure have cleaned a few clocks as of late.

    LP was a good general discussion forum until recently, when the stalkers and bots from FR decided to move in to destroy it like they had FR.

    It's becoming very tiresome dealing with the same idiots over and over again, though.
    It's like hell vomited and the Bush administration appeared.
