    The English just aren't having enough kids anymore. I just saw an email the other day that was recruiting American students to study abroad in England, because there are no longer enough students to fill those academic institutions with Englishmen and women.

    They did, however, mention that demographics are picking up again in about 20 years. Guess where that boost is coming from.

    Doesn't really matter if the UK does put restrictions on immigration. Unless the entire EU goes along with it, it is moot. People can just go to some other EU country before going to the UK. Then end is the same.

    At least that is my understanding about how the EU works.
