Tonight, another report undermining President Bush’s claims
about progress in Iraq: the independent Government
Accountability Office finds that Iraq has failed to meet 11 of
the 18 benchmarks set by Congress while partially meeting four.
The report comes a day after Bush quietly suggested a troop
reduction is possible thanks to improving security. We’ll have
the latest from Congress and the White House on what’s next in
the Iraq debacle.

In his first state of the union speech since becoming president
of Mexico, Felipe Calderon criticized the U.S. government and
its efforts to shut down illegal immigration. During the speech
